Experiencing Exam Stress? Read On!




Exam season is here and and it's sressful for almost everyone. While exams are important, your physical and mental health is more important. Here are some tips for a more efficient exam period. Try not to stress, do your best and forget (or learn from) the rest 💯


1. Plan & Prepare

Plan your time and study plan ahead of time. Schedule days and prepare your revision game plan in advance so that you can start revision early and pace yourself. This also gives you time to reach out to your lecturers and friends if you need some help. An exam is just one part of your master plan.




2. Rest & Recharge



Remember that sleep, taking breaks and self care is important not just for yourself but also for your ability to study! Everything works better if you unplug it for a while, including yourself. Doing your best is going to look different everyday, so remember to rest and recharge regularly! Remind yourself of how far you’ve come and why you’re working so hard to get some perspective and motivation.



3. Calm & Clear

Change up your study location, ensure good lighting, grab some healthy snacks and water or even some light music to help you clear your mind! Especially the night before your exam, keep calm and remember that you’ve prepared all you possibly can and the best thing to do is rest and allow yourself to prepare for your paper mentally.
